Tips For Dark Skin Bleaching

In order to experience instant results that will relieve you of dark skin, the best thing you can do is use chemical bleach. Of course this comes with its own set of problems. Using chemical bleach can be unnecessarily harsh on the skin. This can also, if used over time, lead to the darkening of the skin. While the results are instantaneous, you may find that in the long run, you have only succeeded in damaging your skin more. There are a few natural remedies you can easily employ in order to ensure that you have good skin which will be healthy and have an even appearance. Please do note that these will be long term solutions and will also take time to take effect. Also, you need to be aware that these treatments would have to be done on a regular basis. The first thing you need to do is stop your skin from tanning further. This alone will ensure that your skin instantly stops darkening. To do this, apply sun tan lotion with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 30. This will ensure your skin is safe from the harmful rays of the sun. It is also good to be aware that if you are going to be out of the house, applying the lotion once a day will not be enough. You would need to apply it frequently for it to be effective.

Apart from this, you can follow a nightly routine of cleansing your skin with fresh buttermilk. Make your own homemade bleach with a tablespoon of fresh and unflavored yogurt whipped into a tall glass of water. Buttermilk has natural bleaching properties. It is wiser to do this at night as opposed to during the day because you can sleep while the residual buttermilk works to lighten your skin. You need to leave this on for a minimum of 20 minutes and wash it off with plain water. This will be very useful when done each night, and if possible, you should make it part of your daily skin care routine. Another thing you can do is a tomato clean up twice each week. Simply use tomato pulp to scrub out your face gently but thoroughly for about 20 minutes and then rinse your face with cold water. Preferably, do this before a bath so that you find it easier to deal with the mess. It is a good idea to get a facial once or twice a month as this will keep your skin clean and blemish free.
