I recently got my hair cut. My hair stylist told me I got dime like hair loss patches. What could this be from? Should I worry since I am only 20 years old?

Health advice on hair loss patches-

1. It may be due to a bacterial infection leading to alopecia or may be hereditary hair loss.

2. Prevention is better than cure. Start immediately with the exercise of yoga called as Sarvaangaasan. Just lie down straight and raise the legs high above so that they are at 90 degrees with the head. Stay in this position for 2-5 minutes. Then come down slowly. Lie down straight for some time and then get up by turning to the sides first.

3. Take a homeopathic remedy called Acid phos 30 5 pills once every 3rd night at bedtime for 1 month.

4. Apply bottle gourd oil on the scalp mixed with Azadirachta oil in equal proportions. Massage it gently on the scalp and hair for 10 minutes every alternate night for 3 months.
