A really effective and simple home remedy to relieve bodyaches and pains: Put a teaspoonful of salt in a bucket of warm water and take your bath with this water. You feel refreshed and your pain will subside or disappear totally within minutes.

If you wake up tired, make sure that you are getting at least 8 hours of sound sleep in the night. Eat well balanced and healthy meals at regular eating hours. Drink plenty of water (at least 8-10 glasses). Chew your food properly. Do not skip meals nor gulp down food hurriedly. Do not sleep immediately after dinner – there should be at least a 2 hour gap before dinner and sleep.
