My scrotum is having a lot of things like warts. When it bursts, a white color puss comes out. Is there any remedy for this? I am very sad because of this. Please help me.

The best thing for you to do in your situation is to get a medical examination. This is extremely important, as there is no knowing what the matter could possibly be with you. While having warts on the scrotum is a common enough occurrence, it is not as common to have them bursting and emitting fluids. You have not mentioned whether this emission of white pus like fluid is accompanied with pain of any kind. It is important to know that as well. In any case, this is a medical matter, and one that must be taken care of by a doctor. But it should be reassuring for you to know in any case that such occurrences do not have any kind of impact on your sexual performance. Of course, there is always the discomfort of having an incident like this happen suddenly and unexpectedly. But on the whole, there should be no issue about this that should prevent you from getting married. Once you have gotten this out of the way medically, there is also no reason why you should be suffering from the problem repeatedly. From all accounts presented by you, this seems to be an allergic reaction of some sort that you are suffering from.

Once you have eliminated any serious problem, you can start adopting some remedial measures at home to take care of the situation as well. Do keep in mind, however, that this should be in addition to the medication you are taking for the same. In isolation, it is possible that these measures may not be able to help you out. You can make a paste of turmeric powder and clarified butter and apply this to the general area. This will take care of healing as well as be anti septic in nature so that you do not have to worry about any infection being spread via the fluid either. You should also make it a point to consume large amounts of turmeric in your food. Since you are living in Kuwait, this should not pose to be a problem for you, as most Eastern cooking contains turmeric powder. You can also make a smooth paste of sandalwood powder and rose water and apply it to your warts. This will also provide relief, along with helping the healing process to a large extent. However, you must keep in mind that these couple of methods need to be followed quite regularly for a while.
