  • Apply fresh avocado paste on the rash; this is also a good home remedy for rash.
  • If it is a heat rash cool your skin with ice pack. Put some ice in a towel or plastic bag and apply it on the rash for instant relief.
  • After a shower dust some baking soda or corn starch or unscented talcum powder on the rash for relief. Avoid scratching the rash as it can make the skin red and can further irritate it.
  • Avoid taking any kind of stress or getting anxious as stress and anxiety can many a times cause or aggravate the existing rash.
