My under arms under the breast & thights are itching a lot and when I itch small pieces of skin is dropping it's like dry skin. It is not reddish color what I have to do for this

The best treatment for this kind of dry skin is to keep it hydrated as much as possible. Have a lukewarm bath and moisturize the skin. Don't completely dry your skin, leave it a bit damp for the moisturizer to work its way in. the most effective moisturizers would be olive, almond or grape seed oil or clarified butter. However, the latter leaves behind a smell, so you need to keep that in mind. In order to begin moisturizing skin, it is necessary to first exfoliate it. Dampen the body and use a mix of sugar and oil with a paste like consistency to thoroughly scrub the affected area. Make a loofah with oatmeal tied in a handkerchief and use it for a bath instead of soap, which can irritate dry skin. Make a paste of one avocado and a teaspoon of milk cream and apply to the affected areas. Wipe off with a damp washcloth after about 20 minutes and then bathe. This will help seal in the moisture in your skin. Mash and apply an overripe banana to the affected area for temporary moisturizing. Make a paste of a cup each of oatmeal and warm water, a tablespoon of vanilla extract, and half a cup of baking soda in a blender. Mix this paste in the bathtub and soak in it for about 30 minutes for a cooling, soothing effect. Aloe Vera gel will also help remove dead skin and alleviate dryness. Tea tree oil applied locally will avoid the problem from resurfacing.
