  • Certain fruits like grapes and bananas are believed to control frequent urination. Eat 2 ripe bananas or a handful of grapes everyday after lunch to help control this problem.
  • Modify your Diet: Certain foods act as an irritant to the bladder, or even act as diuretics, so try and eliminate them from your diet. These foods include chocolate, spicy or tomato based foods, alcohol, caffeine, artificial sweeteners and so on.
  • Keep a track of your fluid intake. Keep in mind that you should drink enough to avoid constipation and also over concentration of urine.   • Bladder Retraining: Try and hold your urine for slightly longer than you are used to. Lengthen the intervals over a course of 12 weeks. This helps the bladder to retain urine for longer and controls the urge to urinate frequently as well.
