Prevention from Trigger Finger

You can prevent trigger finger by avoiding any overuse of the fingers and thumbs since repetitive motions can cause the condition. Make the necessary adjustments in your workplace if your job demands such repeated movements. Take a break often to relax your hands whenever possible and try alternating between activities so that all muscles get equally stretched and worked out.
