White Tea!
suggested by Lissa on Monday, December 31, 2007

I've learned drinking white tea eases the pain and burning of UTI's. Drinking white tea along with pure cranberry juice and a lot of water seems to make the UTI go away or prevent it when I get the first warning signs.

5 Minute UTI cure
suggested by Rose on Friday, August 24, 2007

Vegetable and fruit juicing is a vital family routine for us. I sometimes have to hold off urinating due to field activities. I know that my UTI will recur anytime because of this. After feeling heaviness (swelling) in my bladder area, as well as onset of headache with fever (due to the infection setting in), I immediately juice (extract) the following: 1 green apple, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber and 6 ripe tomatoes. Tastes so good!!! After 5 minutes everthing was gone - the headache, fever esp. the heaviness in the bladder area. Try it as a daily drink not just for UTI but for your immune system. By the way, be sure to wash your veggies/fruits for juicing with Blue Miracle multi-purpose cleanser.

Natural Cranberry
suggested by Devon on Saturday, August 4, 2007

REAL cranberry juice, normally found in Fresh Market or Whole Food stores, is the key...there's no "crap" in it that can actually hurt you in the end. Also, stay out of swimming pools, hot tubs, the ocean or any other bodies of "dirty" water...the bacteria in it can get inside you and make it so much worse.

Usually I use AZOStandard from the pharmacy area in the store, it's about $6.50, and you take the tablets once a day and they go away.
