Neosporin Lip Treatment
suggested by Michael
on Sunday, March 23, 2008
aI have recently had severely dry lips . I went to the local store and bought some vaseline Lip Therapy which seemed to dry moisten my lips for a minute or so then it dried up. I didn't know what to do. Then one day as I was in a PathMark store as I was going to purchase some groceries I notice the NeoSporin Lip Treatment where the gum and other things of that nature are located. I thought I had nothing to lose so I purchased it and believe me there is no other product out there that can compare to it. Even those who specialize in Lip treatment. I hope or better yet I know this will work for you. The ingredients in the Lip Treatment are petrolatum, vitamin E, olive oil, cocoa butter, cottonseed oil, sodium pyruvate, flavor, and propylparaben. All these ingredients provide moisture and heal the dryness by providing natural substances that promotes healthy lips. I promise you that there is no better product on the market because it doesn't have lots of chemicals that some people's bodies reject that can potentially make you lips more chapped. Like I said before I promise you that this is the best remedy although it is a product. I say remedy because it uses natural ingredients that can be found in a typical household.

Lip Dryness or Discoloration
suggested by Moses
on Tuesday, January 22, 2008
This remedy is effective for me and with my other friends. Eat fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals. Before going to sleep, going to work, school or after taking a shower apply petroleum jelly or any moisturizer on your lips. This can soften your lips.

Having suffered with chapped peeling lips all my life I have found my best solution is at night (preferably after a shower) put on some Burts Bees Lip stuff or other moisturizing thing and then a thick lip gloss on top- I use Mac lip glass- to seal it.

Retain Teeth & Lip Color

Brush teeth with a SOFT BRUSH, "medium" or "hard" bristels will damage tooth enamel. Brush teeth morning and night - front and back, upper and lowers. Use BAKING SODA, not toothpaste. (It may a few days to become accustomed to it but it will work when tooth pastes cannot, and is well worth the effort. I've used for for the past 5 years and my dentist is amazed at my teeth.) Use tooth brush to brush tongue and gums vigorously every time you brush.
For lip color, brush lips with toothbrush to stilulate blood circulation.
A finger dipped into lemon juice and rubbed on lips is also helpful.
