I read this on a Yoga website earlier this year and it really has worked with moodiness, cramps, and fatigue. I eat a peanutbutter and applebutter sandwhich toasted each morning starting one week prior with fresh strawberries on the side. For snacks I eat rasberries throughout the day and in the evening.
