I've been asked to take immerse the affected area for half hr in the tub with bearable hot water with 1 teaspoon of salt. after this i've been asked to apply Rowatanal cream on the piles. i'm doing this for 1 week. will comfirm u people once cured

Aviod eating red chillies or any spicy or fried foods.but if by any chance if have then,take 1 bowl of yogurt immediately. butter milk or yogurt wiil help you from bleeding piles.hope this mght help.
