Rye toast w/unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter for breakfast, yogurt for snack, small salad with lobster flavored ollock for lunch, fruit or raw vegs for snack, grilled chicken breast & salad or steamed vegs for dinner. i did this for 1 1/2 yrs & lost 72 lbs

Check out the section on Obesity...many women are infertile because they are excessively overweight. Once you get closer to your weight range, you would be suprised at how quickly you conceive.

RAW diet

No need to fast or starve yourself! I began eating all raw fruits and vegetables AS MUCH AS I WANTED(obviously you should use some moderation though...) and I have been losing 0.6 lbs per DAY!!! No joke!

No late eating

Eat a lot of protien especially at breakfast.Eggs with rice, beans and avocado is my favorite healthy meal. Anyways the most important thing is eatnig fermented foods such as miso soup and Kimchee(fermented Kraut)because they have living bacteria that help eliminate waste from your body. Only eat raw unpasturized dairy because the pasturization process makes milk, cheese and butter into dead foods. In other words they only do you harm. Last, eat dinner at least 3hrs before you go to bed, tat wasy your body has time to metabolize the food before shutting down. Otherwise the food sits in your stomach all night slowly absorbing and making you fat!

If you take a salad plate and use this to serve your meals on then drink fresh lemonaid or water with each meal.

According to scientific research, the color BLUE is the most undesirable color when it comes to food. Just by having blue around their food, many people ate less. Therefore, using blue plates may work very well!
Also, take a long walk immediatley after you've taken your dinner, it digests faster.

we usually serve amounts of food that are not proportionate to ourselves but the serving dishes. if you make your dish size smaller, you will serve yourself less food and trick your body into thinking that it has eaten more than it really has. its a great way to eat what you wish and still lose weight.

Drink an 8 oz glass of water on waking and continue to drink water throughout the day. decrease input of anything you eat, focus on fruits, veg, nuts, soups, eat cabage and lettuce. never eat fried foods. cut your plate of food in half and leave the table. sitting makes you snack. exercise for at least 20 minutes each day, any kind of movement helps.
Circle youself with positive people who encourages and helps you. Stay on course, don't let other convience you to eat what they are eating, this is very hard in our society because it is all out celebrating. Reward yourself when you reach five pound loss with your favorite dessert or fun thing to do. Brag openly about yourself to encourage yourself that you are doing great!!! Good luck and have fun with your new lifestyle of eating.and it is a change in lifestyle.

Cut out pop. Drink plenty of water it fools the stomach to think its fuller. Breakfest try eating eggs and bacon as much as you need.snack on beef jerky and cheese when hungry through out the day. Lunch eat a large chefsalad and dinner eat a nice red meat meal with no potatos med salad and a glass of lemonaid. do this for about two weeks and you will see the weight dissapear. amount of weight will vary depending on how much your over weight. If you are severaly over weight follow this diet plan until you have lost the amount of weight you desire. Dont make goals unreachable (you know what that means).., wish you luck. dont follow crash diets

Don't fall for the ones that say crash diets.Don't skip ur breakfast is the basic rule.Your stomach will be acidic in the morning and small light breakfast is a must.Make ur lunch light n mostly vegetarian.Have some crackers in the evening,this will curb ur desire to eat a big dinner.
