How do i get rid of an hemorrhoid that is outside?

Treatment for hemorrhoid -

1. Sit in a sitz bath with hot water and potassium permanganate.

2. Take a homeopathic remedy called as aloe socrotina 30, 5 pills 2

times daily for 1 month
