Studies prove that backache is common in women after child birth irrespective if a woman was given epidural or not. Stop blaming anything for the backache; follow the following tips to ease pain –
Make yourself physically fit. Resting is often practiced by most of us when we are in pain. But keeping your self going will improve circulation in the body and the back region.
Enjoy exercises which fit you, consult a specialist and take his advice before starting an exercise regime.
Maintain a good posture especially while sitting, standing and walking.
When the pain is sever hot compresses work the best.
Don’t smoke. Yoga exercises are also beneficial to ease the back pain.
