Diet in arthritis
I'm starting to have knee pain after I walk. I believe it's due to early arthritis. Is there any supplement or foods that could help with this?

Diet in arthritis - - Take 500 gms. of bottle gourd juice once daily in the morning for 2 months.
- Take 1 tsp.
of cinnamon powder in 1/2 cup of warm water with 1 tsp. honey every morning for 2 -3 months daily or at night before going to bed. - Take a homeopathic remedy called rhus tox 30, 5 pills once daily for 10 days and watch out for a month after stopping this.
- Take biochemical remedies called Kali mur 3x and kali sulph 3x, 3 tabs from each 2 times a day for 2 months.
