Suggest some home cure for jock itch

A common home cure for jock itch is dandruff shampoo. As simple as this is, it is amazingly effective!  Other treatments include:
  1. Witch Hazel. This is an astringent that is all natural and very soothing. It will help clean the area and try up the infection. It will also ease the itching and burning within minutes. It is inexpensive and can be applied with a cotton ball.
  2. Calendula cream. This cream is made from marigold or calendula flowers and is highly beneficial for all types of itching and burning, especially jock itch.
  3. Tea Tree Oil. Tea Tree Oil is one of the most powerful anti fungal treatments out there. It works on burns, insect bites, skin infections, and more. It is VERY important to not get it in your eyes as it can burn the eye tissue.
  4. Vitamin E cream. This will help promote the healing of the skin.
A treatment routine that consists of three phases would be the most beneficial. The phases should start with the Tea Tree Oil and Witch Hazel and then progress to the calendula cream, and finally, the Vitamin E cream.
It is important to keep the area clean and dry. Avoid wearing tight or non breathable clothing. Natural cotton fibers work best as these are very breathable and non irritating to the skin.
