Bile trapping, at times result in inflammation of the gall bladder. Certain pancreatic ducts pour into the common bile duct. Movement of gall stones through the pancreatic duct results in gall stone pancreatitis or pancreatic inflammation. This in turn, affects the insulin secretion.
