Advice for Autoimmune hepatitis
I have autoimmune hepatitis, and on steroid, my skin is getting really dark everyday, what should I do?

Autoimmune hepatitis is a grave disease .Steroids will only supress and lead to more hazard.Best and sure scientific remedy is Yog pranayam.
Please start this immediately .Do Pranayam in the early dawn or before and also evening on empty stomach after 5 hours of lunch.
