I do not know what is tums. But i can suggest simple home remedy. Take cardamon, poind it a little so that it gets powdered, add one tsp honey and lick very slowly. within a few minutes nausea should get relieved.

Another remedy is take half an inch piece of ginger root or 1/4 tsp ginger powder. add it to a cup of water and let boil for 5-8 minutes. when luke warm, add juice of half a lemon fruit and drink whenever nausea feeling comes.
