You may want to try the nutritional supplement Saw Palmetto. When you look on the web page dedicated to this supplement, I noticed it is one of the main active ingredients of breast enhancement formulas.

When someone says that breast size is genetic, that's true. But your genes work through hormones and other things to make you the way you are. Sort of like saying acne is genetic. True, but it's because genes determine how much oil your body will produce, and there are things we can do to reduce the oil.

Hi, There is nothing to be embarrassed about. You are still very young and in the growth phase. Do some breast firming exercises. It is important to realize that exercise will not increase your breast size but strengthen the muscles under your breast and help to tone your breasts.

You can use a 3 pound weight and do the pec press, butterfly press, pectoral push-up and inverted push-up exercises everyday.

  • Pec Press: Lie down on your back on a mat with knees bent. Take a 3 pound weight in each hand. Stretch your arms on each side holding the weights, slowly bring your arms together, hold for a second and slowly lower your arms again. Start with small sets and work your way up to three sets of at least 10 reps every other day.
  • Butterfly Press: Sit on the edge of a chair with back straight and arms at your sides. Hold the 3 lb weight in each hand and slowly raise your arms to your side to shoulder level. Hold in this position and count till 4, then slowly go back to starting position. Start with small sets and work your way up to at least 3 sets of 5 reps every other day.
  • Pectoral push-ups: This does not require you to use the weights. Just lie down on the floor mat with your face down and raise your body up. But make sure that your forearms and elbows are on the floor. Stay in this position for 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
  • Inverted push-ups: Stand with your face towards a wall. Keep a distance of 2-3 feet away from a wall. Put your palms on the wall. Bend your elbows and slowly lower your chest towards the wall. Slowly push your body back to starting position. Do this 10-12 times.

These exercises would give you a more prominent and firm backup chest line and make your bust appear larger.
