Advice to overcome nervousness and cold feet
How can I overcome my nervousness? My feet are cold also.

Your adrenal glands may be stressed. I have experienced problems with my adrenal glands that became very serious. I started out feeling how you just described -- always nervous and having cold feet or a feeling of being stressed out.
First stay away from sugar, it definitely increases anxiety by causing your blood sugar to be unstable. Eat 5 to 6 small meals or snacks throughout the day that are balanced -- protein, fat, complex carbs. Here are some supplements that support the adrenal glands:
Vitamin C -- 1,000 to 5,000 mg B Vitamins 100 complex Free Form Amino Acids Liquid Trace Minerals Winter cherry (This is an amazing herb and is very calming and supports the adrenal glands)
You may also want to be checked for DHEA levels. Low DHEA can cause high cortisol levels which causes anxiety and also weight gain.
Get plenty of sleep. Exercise daily but don't overdo it. Walking is excellent because it gets you outdoors and exposed to sunlight. Stretching exercises are also very relaxing.
