My feet and ankles are stained with dirt and are very dry and almost seem scaly. Soaking and moisturizing helps with the dryness, but no amount of scrubbing wants to take care of the stain. Can you help me please?

If you were to soak your feet in warm water for 20 minutes and add some baking soda to the water and then rub them with a pumice stone this should help reduce any stains and putting a protective or barrier cream on them would stop this from recurring so that over time stains will disappear altogether.
