Best suntans remedy with suntan lotion

please suggest a remedy to help me get rid of a 1 year old suntan. I have a moderate complexion on face and skin covered by the swimming suit but the rest of my body is still darker?

There are some simple rules to follow if you want such an evenly tanned body. The first of which is that you must make it a point to follow one of two rules. The first one is that you should be going out in the sun fully covered from head to toes. The second rule is that you should never ever step out of your home without a thick layer of suntan lotion in place. If you want to even out your skin so much, you should also make it a point to always use tanning lotion with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of at least 30. This will help to keep any discoloration off and out. Once you have followed these rules for a few months, you will notice that the sun's rays do not seem to affect you as much as they used to. In order to get rid of a tan that has been around for such a long time, you can also try a few tan removal methods. The first one would be to rub butter milk on the deeply tanned areas. You can make your own buttermilk by taking one tablespoon of fresh, unflavored and unsweetened yogurt and whipping it evenly into a tall glass of water. This is an extremely effective concoction which will help to remove the discoloration to a large extent.

Another very good remedial measure to use for getting rid of old and stubborn tans is to make a mixture of fresh milk cream and over ripe bananas and apply this to them. This will help to remove the tan slowly and gradually, but it will definitely work. You should remember that these methods that you have suggested may take some time to show results. But you have to be patient and perseverant about them. You can also make a paste with the ingredients listed below and use this to massage your darker tanned areas everyday before a bath. This will help to reduce the tanning as well. Take 6 almonds and three strands of saffron that have been soaked overnight in just enough milk and make a fine paste with them. Add a few drops of lime juice to this, and a tablespoon of fresh yogurt as well. This should be used to rub into the skin quite vigorously and well. The best time to do this is before a bath so that it comes off well too.
