I have a dark skin. Can you suggest some home remedies to make it glow



A glowing skin is everyone's dream. It is not an impossible task to get skin that literally glows with life. But it does require a dedication to your health and skin care. If you are willing to do this, you can also have glowing skin.

One of the first rules of healthy skin is living a healthy life. For this you should ensure that you drink alcohol in moderation. Beverages like tea and coffee should also be kept to a minimum. Sugar rich carbonated drinks and heavily sugared fruits juices house all be avoided. Instead you should stick to drinking plain water. Similarly your salads should not be drenched in rich dressings. Fruits too can be consumed regularly. Fruit juices are equally beneficial as long as they do not have sugar added to them. You should stay away from sweets and chocolates.

You can use milk cream with a pinch of turmeric to apply on your face and hands. Although this is a little thick and greasy, you will notice that your skin glows after regular application of this face pack. You can also use the juice of a rip tomato on your face. Aloe Vera gel is also effective in giving the skin a smooth texture and a glow. It is better to use the viscous fluid inside the leave of an Aloe Vera plant. This can be smeared on the face, neck and hands and left on during the night. You can also drink some amount of Aloe Vera juice every day. Ensure that you consume this on an empty stomach.

Regular exercise will give your face a natural glow. You should enroll in some physical activity that suits you and pursue it diligently. A good night's sleep can do wonders for your face and make it look fresh and glowing. Avoid late night and ensure that you keep to your regular schedule. Healthy skin can also be possible if you move your bowels every morning since constipation is the root cause of most problems. Drink a cup of milk at bedtime to prevent this from occurring.
