Can fresh palm wine & rock salt topical will cure my Ch.Urticaria?

I am not aware of any such cure for urticaria; there may be some alternative stream of medicine that recommends this treatment, but there is no scientific proof that it will work, and I am not aware of anyone who has successfully used this treatment. Urticaria is basically a skin rash that is caused by an allergic reaction to some substance, and the main method of treatment involves identifying these substances and then avoiding them. Many people are allergic to several substances, and it is therefore often difficult to determine the cause of urticaria.

If you are having trouble with this, you should visit an allergy specialist, who will help you identify your allergens and treat your condition.
In addition to avoiding substances that you are allergic to, or if this approach does not work, you may find that antihistamines are effective in preventing attacks. Appropriate antihistamines will however need to be prescribed by your doctor, taking into account the details of your case.

Whenever you do have an outbreak of hives, the best treatment is to take a cold shower or apply a cold compress to the affected areas. In addition, you can temporarily use any antihistamine that is available over the counter.
