However the pain that you experience while breathing could be related to your eating habits. If you are in the habit of eating three or four large meals, then it is more than likely that you experienced this pain as a result of this. If you are in the habit of drinking water with your food, you should wait for an hour after each meal before you drink water.

Burping could be related to your digestion process. You can drink warm water. Chew a small pinch of carom seeds along with this. This will give you relief from the burping. You can also try using a hot water bottle to ease this condition. It does not sound like you have heart burn. If you did you would have felt your food back up the esophagus, causing you  to experience a  burning sensation in your throat.
