I sneeze constantly. Have tried Claritin, does not help. What else can I do?

Sneezes are usually manifestations of something that has triggered off an allergic reaction in you. You should look over your surroundings and see if there is any dust or cobwebs. Most people are allergic to these things and this can cause a series of sneezes. If you have lots of stuffed animals decorating the bed, get rid of them since their fur is a possible place for the dust to hide. You should also ensure that your pet does not climb on your bed since this could spread the hair all over and cause you to sneeze. Ensure that your sheets and bed clothes are washed regularly and aired. If your sneezing fit continues, you should consult your doctor as soon as possible.

You should avoid going out of the house early in the morning or late in the evening since this is the time when the pollen is flying around. This generally causes hay fever in people. You should also give up smoking if you are addicted to the habit. Avoid using sprays like perfume and room fresheners since these have a very strong smell that could trigger your sneezing. Your diet should include only healthy food items. Vegetables, fresh fruit, milk should all be eaten regularly. Your diet should not include white flour in any form, sugar, salt or even dairy products.
