Another natural cure for puffiness of the eyes is cucumber which has astringent properties and reduces the swelling in the eyes. Place a couple of slices on your eyes and lie down for some time. You will find a considerable improvement in the puffiness.

Moisten 2 caffeine tea bags and place them over your eyes similarly. Caffeine constricts the blood vessels and will reduce the puffiness of the eyes with regular use.

Another home remedy which works as an energizer is cold water. Wash your eyes with it whenever you wake up or the puffiness of the eyes increases.

Beat an egg white and apply it on the swollen area with a brush. This natural therapy will reduce swelling of the eyes and firm your skin. You can drop a few drops of witch hazel to this as it also helps in lessening the puffiness of the eyes as well as prevents the egg white from drying quickly.

Home remedies for rash on chest

  • Rub some olive oil on your chest to cure the rashes naturally. You can also a solution of uncooked oatmeal as an alternative remedy to treat the rash.
  • Applying Aloe Vera gel or vitamin E oil will be equally effective it treating the rash on your chest.
  • Prepare baking soda solution by adding a tsp of it in 1 glass of water and sponging the rash with it 3 to 4 times a day.
  • Wash your chest with calcium water solution or with comfrey tea regularly.
  • Do not scratch the rash with your nails or rub it vigorously with a towel.
  • Drink plenty of water to keep your body adequately hydrated.
