Suggest some natural way to regrow hair.

The causes of baldness are complex and many, and are also not all very well understood. In the case of male pattern baldness, there is usually not much that can be done. Other conditions involving serious hair loss can sometimes, though not always, be stopped and even reversed by some modern medicines, but for some people even simple home remedies can be beneficial.

Henna is a herb that has been used as a traditional Indian hair dye and conditioner for centuries. You can apply henna to your scalp once a week. Note however, that though henna is completely safe, it has the side effect of colouring your hair red! Another herb that can promote hair growth is saw palmetto. Saw palmetto extract can be taken both internally and applied on the scalp. However, some people experience side effects ranging from mild nausea to erectile dysfunction, so you should consult your doctor before you start using it. Indian gooseberry oil, coconut milk, and castor oil are other completely safe remedies that you can try. Apply the liquid to your scalp, massage it in for five to ten minutes, and wash it out after one or two hours.

No matter what treatment you use, one primary requirement is general maintenance of your hair. Wash your hair regularly, and be gentle when drying and brushing or combing it. Protect it from smoke and other pollution if necessary by wearing a cap or some other headgear, but at the same time, avoid keeping it covered for long periods of time.
