The most effective and natural treatment for swollen lymph nodes is application of castor oil. Apply a castor oil pack on the affected area and feel the difference. You will definitely see and feel a significant reduction in swelling. Castor oil pack when applied on the skin helps in increasing circulation, promoting functions of tissues and healing tissues and organs present underneath the skin. You can make castor oil pack by simply soaking a small piece of flannel in castor oil. Cover the mixture of flannel and castor oil with a plastic sheet.
