Pregnancy sickness remedies
Is there anything safe for someone with severe morning sickness during pregnancy, i.e vomting up to 12 x a day and needing an IV because of dehydration?

Natural remedies for morning sickness
- Eat smaller meals and never remain hungry. Always keep crackers, vegetable salads, fruits and cheese with you for nibbling on them. Drink 1 cup of water every half an hour.
- Before getting up from the bed eat a little snack. Do not get up or turn suddenly.
- If certain kinds of smell like milk, perfume or sprays are giving you that nauseating smell, keep away from them.
- Sip buttermilk during the day. You can lick a little of the paste made of ginger juice and honey whenever you feel giddiness, nausea or vomiting sensation.
- Have more of carbohydrates and proteins and eat crunchy foods.
- Sniff a little asafetida or lemon but do not lick them at all.
- Dissolve some wheat germ in warm milk and have it 4 to 5 times everyday.
- Have whole grain foods and avoid fried or processed foods.
- Drink coconut water and diluted ginger water 2 or 3 times daily.
- In 1 glass of cold water add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp of honey and drink it before going to bed at night.
- Drink peppermint tea and suck on a piece of ginger root.
- Do cool compress on your forehead with lavender oil.
