Spinal bone pain exercise
there is a breakage from birth in lower spine.when i sit for more then an hour i feel the pain and it becomes worst by time goes.i am an accountant and i use to sit more then 4 hour continuously.please sugest me the exercises to keep that bone strong.

Health advice for spinal bone pain exercise
- Rub some garlic cloves on your back or apply garlic oil 2 times daily. Swallow 3 cloves of garlic early in the morning on an empty stomach regularly.
- Eat hot food and consume fish oil daily.
- Heat some garlic clones and clove spice in mustard oil and massage your back with it. You can also use eucalyptus oil for this purpose.
- Boil 10 to 12 Holy Basil leaves in 1 glass of water and reduce it to half its quantity.
Add some salt and drink this once daily for a period of 2 weeks. - Have ½ tsp of guggulu with warm water after your every meal.
- Yoga exercises, deep breathing techniques and meditation will cure your back pain permanently. Perform these exercises under the guidance of an expert.
- At work, stretch your back and calf for 1 or 2 minutes from time to time for relaxing them and restoring the blood circulation.
- Do not take stress as this will aggravate your condition.
- Take a few laps in a warm pool every alternate day.
- Sleep without pillows and sit in an inclined position so as to rest your spinal chord.
- Try hot and cold compress alternatively and see which one gives you relief and continue doing it everyday.
