Foot care remedy
to keep my foot clean and healthy

Your feet carry your weight most of the time, except while you are sleeping or sitting. So it becomes very important to take good care of them.
Try the following simple home remedies for clean and healthy feet –
- Take warm water in a tub, add 2 drops of baby shampoo in it.
Soak your feet in this water for 15-20 minutes. Remove and with the help of nail file scrap the dead skin gently. Wipe them with a cotton cloth and apply moisturizer on them.
This is a very effective way to keep your feet soft clean and healthy. Always keep your toe nails clean, trimmed and short. - After taking a shower always apply a moisturizer when you feet are little moist. This when practiced regularly will make your feet soft and healthy.
- Never step barefooted on the ground. Always wear clean comfortable shoes. Also prefer wearing light slippers at home.
- Massage your feet with warm almond oil at night and wash it in the morning. This will help to improve blood circulation in the feet region and keep them healthy.
- Always wear comfortable shoes and clean washed cotton socks.
