Are there any vitamins that will help fiber cysts?

There is no real medical condition known as fiber cysts — what you have is probably ovarian cysts or fibroids, but it could also be something else. Cysts can develop on the ovaries, uterus, and other organs as well.
Fibroids are basically benign tumors that develop on the uterus. Symptoms of these conditions too vary, and are often mild, but in many cases can be quite severe. You have not mentioned where the cysts (or fibroids) are, what treatment you are on (if any), what symptoms you were experiencing, and any other information that your doctor gave you when delivering the diagnosis.
Treatment would depend on all these factors.
In any case, as far as vitamins are concerned, there is no specific vitamin that would help you get rid of a cyst, but a normal, healthy, balanced diet, with adequate amounts of all the necessary vitamins, minerals, and other food groups, is always helpful for any medical condition. In particular, make sure that you eat enough fiber and drink enough water daily. Apart from this you should ask your doctor for advice.
