How to get rid of nose whiteheads

Whiteheads are tiny projections on the skin caused by the accumulation of oil in the skin pores. This oil or sebum is secreted by the oilglands in your body. If this oilis not eliminated properly, it gets accumulated and hardens.
Usually, whiteheads appear on the face, especially around the nose. The most common causes of whiteheads are improper cleaning of the skin and bad eating habits.
In order to prevent whiteheads, you should drink a lot of water and avoid fried and spicy foods. Proper cleaning of the skin is very necessary for preventing the whiteheads.If you happen to face the problem of whiteheads, you may use any of the following home remedies for getting rid of whiteheads:
- Soak one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in water in the morning. Grind them to make a fine paste and apply it on your face before going to bed. Next morning wash it off. Use this remedy every night for a week and you will find your whiteheads have disappeared. This is one of the best home remedies for whiteheads. Applying the paste of fresh fenugreek leaves once in the morning will give you faster results.
- If your skin is very oily, wash your face two to three times daily with a good medicated soap. Do not forget to wash yourface before going to sleep. Keeping your skin clean is an effective remedy for removing whiteheads.
- Take the white of one egg and mix it thoroughly with one teaspoon of honey. Apply this mixture on and around the affected area of your skin. Let it dry and wash off after about half an hour. This is also known to be one of the most wonderful home remedies for whiteheads.
- Another one of the best home remedies for whiteheads is to use sandalwood paste made with rose water. Applying this paste every night will make your skin glow as well.
- Make a scrub using green gram flour with jojoba oil. Use it instead of cosmetic facial scrub products. It will eliminate your whiteheads within a few days.
- Crush some potatoes to make a paste. Apply this paste on the affected area. Wash it off with cold water after about half an hour. This is also a very good home remedy for eliminating the whiteheads.
Although, the home remedies for whiteheads mentioned here are widely used, it is a good idea to carry out a spot test to check for any allergies before you use them.

Naturally Cure Whiteheads
The best method to take care of whiteheads would be to use natural astringent on your skin. Since whiteheads are nothing but oil deposits that just reside on the surface of the skin, they need to be dealt with in terms of oily skin. They are not too different from blackheads. The important thing to remember is that whiteheads must be removed meticulously and with some care, otherwise they can leave ugly scars. You should not try to tweeze or scrub them out, this is a dangerous practice.
Begin by doubling the quantity of fresh water, fruit and juices you drink and cut the amount of fried food you eat in half. This is an excellent way to fight the problem from within. Make a paste of corn flour and vinegar and apply this to whiteheads. If it tingles too much, wash it off. But a mild tingling indicates that it is working. Try this for at least a week before you see concrete results. You can include a session of facial steaming once a week to remove whiteheads. Put a couple of drops of lavender oil in the steam water and this will also help you to relax. After you steam, use a hand towel to scrub your face gently and apply a thin layer of olive oil after about 20 minutes. Apply the juice of one grated raw potato to get rid of whiteheads.
