Question on Edema
I have read your Home Remedies for Edema. It says apple cider vinegar helps. Do you drink the vinegar or put on the affected area. Thanks.

Apple Cider Vinegar helps your body to rid itself of poisons and gets your system back in balance. Take two teaspoons of vinegar, and one or two teaspoons of honey in a glass of water. You can also take Apple Cider Vinegar tablets, they should be in the vitamin section of a drug store.
Take two in the morning and two in the late afternoon, drinking a full glass of water with them each time. Christina

External application of vinegar does not treat the root cause of the problem. Why do have edema? Where is it and how large of an area does it effect. Unless you already have a medical diagnsosis you should get this looked at by a trained medical profesional. Dr. Coleen Murphy, ND www.natmedworks.com

Apply the apple cider vinegar on the affected area externally. You could also mix the apple cider vinegar with equal portions of glycerine and then apply.
