Green Tea Enema
suggested by Liz on Friday, January 9, 2009

I really don't like the taste of green tea but love the benefits so I have an enema practically every day using green tea. Boil 1.5 litres of water (take off the the heat as soon as it starts to boil) and place 3-4 table spoons of organic green tea leaves in the water. Leave to cool to room temp and use. I sometimes combine this with other recipes such as milk thistle tincture or olive oil. My skin glows after I have done this and I feel fantasitic and rejuvenated.

In the evening put in a glass or porcelain bowl: 2 spoons of flax seeds and 2 spoons of silver birch leaves in 16.9 oz. (500ml) of water. Let it macerate at room temperature from evening until the morning; filter. Put the content aside and take the plant and boil it for 2 minutes in another 16.9 oz. (500ml) of water; filter. In the end mix the solution extract obtained by macerating and the solution obtained by boiling. Put the solution in the enema bag, lay down on one side, keep the tank about 19.69in (50cm) higher than the nozzle level and let the solution gradually enter your colon (do not force if you feel a discomfort). After introducing the whole amount of (33.81 oz) solution, retain it for 10-15 minutes. Remain in the sleeping position and turn from one side to another. Go to the toilet and expel the enema. Do this enema every morning for 10 days in a row (once in 6 months). This is a great way to cleanse your body and boost your immune system.
