Here is how I treated my constipation: Every morning on an empty stomach I drank 2 glasses of water than ate a fresh fruit (anything I had in the house) an orange, kiwi, grapes, etc. . I am still keeping this healthy habit today and don't have this problem anymore!

500grams prunes simmered in a litre of prune juice and a litre of apple juice. simmer until prune skins are soft. Add 300grams All Bran stir and then blend until smooth. Adults 2tbspn morning and night and infant/children 2tspn morning and night. My daughter who is now 2and a half years old has had nothing but trouble with severe constipation as long as I can remember. Now since using this recipie morning and night she NEVER has a problem. The fact that a child will eat this means that it does not taste bad......

i had this feeling of not complete bowel movement - like a full butt and sore. 3 pears over 2 days did the trick with drinking 4-5 pints of water a day too. what a relief!
