Since the past one month my stomach grawls all day long and i have abdominal pain and gas. IBS or too much bacteria in the small intestine.


  1. First thing is that you must have 3 glasses of warm water as soon as you wake up in the morning.
  2. Do yogic breathing specially kapalbhaati for 20 minutes on an empty stomach in the morning.
  3. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. Take 1 tsp of fenugreek powder every morning on an empty stomach.
  4. Take a homeopathic remedy called Bacillinum 1m single dose. Then follow up with carbo veg 30 5 pills 2 times daily for 10 days.
