Natural Home Remedies for Strep Throat

  • Just gargle with hot saline water for 5 minutes in the, morning and night.
  • Take 4 grains of black pepper and suck it gulping down slowly. Take this 2 times a day.
  • Take a decoction made with boiling together 10 holy basil leaves, 1 tsp. green tea and 10 grams of ginger. Drink this 2 times a day.
  • Just avoid very hot and very cold drinks. Eat and drink neither too hot nor too cold.
