What is the best, most effective method to achieve optimum blood circulation? I am a 56 year old male, non-smoker.

One of the best things you can take to improve your blood circulation is Niacine, this is a form of vitamin B that clears the blood vessels and arteries to improve circulation. When you take it, do not be alarmed by what happens. This is one of the few vitamins that you can see and feel working within 15 to 20 minutes.  After you take the niacine, drink two glasses of water to help activate it. Then in about 20 minutes you will start to feel hot and then you will start to feel and look like you have a really bad sun burn. Don’t worry, this will go away in a couple of hours.  After the feeling of sunburn is gone, you will get a slight case of the chills, just like when you have had a sun burn. After about 5 hours from the time you take the niacine, you will feel very good with lots of energy because your circulation is at its peak. Taking niacine once a week is good enough to keep your arteries and blood vessels clear. Of cours,e eating right and exercise and great things as well to improve circulation.  Taking a brisk walk twice a day will increase your circulation. Avoid alcohol.
