Pus Cell in Urine: My problem is pus cells (not bacteria) in the urine. Will drinking cranberry juice and drinking lot of water help me to overcome this problem?

An excess of pus cells in urine is usually an indicator of urinary tract infection of a more severe category. Drinking cranberry juice is an excellent way to get rid of excessive pus cells in urine. If you can find fresh cranberries, it is also an excellent idea to eat them as is. Drinking a lot of water is an excellent health measure to follow in all cases. However, there are a handful of other things you can do as well in order to kill the pus cells.

Try to add a pinch of baking soda to everything you eat. If you add more, it will lead to the added discomfort of gas. Baking soda is supposed be an excellent way to kill infections from within. Alternately, you can also have a glass of water with half a teaspoon of baking soda mixed in it. If you cannot drink this, add teaspoon of honey to it. Improve and strengthen your immunity and fight infections with added doses of vitamin C to your diet. The richest source of this is Indian gooseberries (Indian gooseberry), which are easily available in powder form. Have a minimum of two teaspoons a day. Have more yogurt. The bacteria in yogurt are helpful in fighting and killing all manner of infections. Drink hot milk with a teaspoon of turmeric in it every night before going to bed.
