Rub ripe papaya on your infected area after rinsing a salt scrub rub left on for 20-30 mins. Works far better than any over the counter medication. Skin has no adverse reaction..... Also, wash clothes with a few drops of tea tree oil to prevent future spreading.

I like to use tea tree oil which can be purchased at walmart or any health food store. Just apply to the ringworm and arounf it about 2 times a day and it usually goes away within a few days. It is also good for a lot of other things and very strong in odor, kinda like pine sol.
