papaya, pom juice, ginger, asidopholis milk
suggested by heather
on Tuesday, June 19, 2007
While I was pregnant with my last child indigestion kept me from eating straight up untill his birth. I would cry myself asleep at night due to the pain. A few things that helped remidy my stomach pains was ginger in tea or sugared dried ginger, pomagrant juice mixed with aloe and a little honey to help it down, asidopholis milk, and papaya in chew able pill form, fresh, dried. I hear that pineapple also helps digest food. Most of all don't take antacids as I understand they increase stomach pains and also aid to the production of kidney stones which I got when I was pregnant from tums.

How about all natural products? I've tried Gingera, that is all natural ginger and baking soda. It's been okayed by FDA. It's new but I got a sample and it's really good. Don't know if it's in stores but you can get info online, gingera.net.
