Candida Prevention

Candida infections tend to be chronic and can take as long as a year to completely cure. It is therefore better to avoid the condition rather than continue living with candida. To this effect there are certain things you can do to prevent candida from occurring such as:

•    Maintain a healthy and balanced diet
•    Use antibiotics sparingly
•    Exercise regularly
•    Follow good hygiene habits
•    Avoid or remove silver dental fillings that contain mercury. Mercury is believed to damage cells and facilitate candida overgrowth.
•    Along with the proper diet, it is important to keep your environment as free of chemicals as possible. Use only non-toxic and natural cleaning materials and personal products.
