Home cures for leg pains

Hi,I have pain in my leg. When I am walking there is no pain but some direction are when I move my leg then I feel the pain, thanks.



Try the following home remedies to ease your leg pain -

  • Massage the leg with tea tree oil in the direction of the pain. This will help to loosen the stiff nerve.
  • While sleeping at night keep your legs in elevated position by putting approximately 6 cm pillow under your leg. This will help to improve circulation.
  • Soak your legs in warm water with salt added for 10-15 minutes. This will also help to relax the pain. If the pain persists then consult a specialist to know the exact cause of the pain and the treatment would follow accordingly.
