Treatment for gray hair and hair loss

A sudden and rapid graying and loss of hair may be an indication of general ill health, so if this is the case, you might want to consider visiting a doctor for a check up.

Generally, however, graying of hair often begins between the ages of 30 and 35. Thinning of hair too often begins at this age. Although some people begin graying much later and others have a full head of hair well into their retirement years, experiencing these changes at 32 is not really premature. These things are determined mostly by genetics, and there is not much that can be done to stop or reverse them, particularly graying of hair. Certain drugs have side effects that include graying or thinning of hair, so if you are on medication, ask your doctor about this possibility. If medication is not the cause, then you will need to accept the gray hair. For the hair loss however, you can try some home remedies and, if necessary, visit a hair specialist. A mixture of olive oil, egg yolk, and lime juice applied once a week should help. In addition, you can apply coconut milk to your scalp about an hour before bathing, along with aloe gel.
