I have really bad sores coming up in my hair, I don't know if it's dandruff or what but I'm ashamed to comb my hair much less to touch it. What can I use on my scalp for it itches really bad?

Home remedies for hair problems
People usually take care of their hair but often forget to take care of their scalp. First and foremost you must of course always keep your hair clean and healthy. This involves regularly applying oil and shampooing your hair.
Use herbal products as they are easy on the scalp and hair. An antiseptic product will be even better, especially if you have some sort of fungal infection on your scalp. Also find out if certain types of foods disagree with you and try to avoid them.
Experiment with different diets and see what suits you best. Definitely avoid junk food and have plenty of fluids. Tea tree oil may be able to reduce the pain and itching considerably. Apple cider vinegar is also good for scalp fungus. You can apply a solution of vinegar and water to your scalp daily before going to bed. Never scratch the sores, as then they will become then more painful and the infection may also spread. Stress is a major factor to be considered, as it can aggravate the smallest of problems. Try to relieve stress through yoga, meditation, or just by indulging in a hobby. Consult a dermatologist or a trichologist if the problem persists.
