  4. Follow up with another homeopathic remedy called Arsenic album 1m single dose.
  5. Make a concoction by boiling 10 holy basil leaves, 5 black pepper coins and 5 cloves in 5 cups of water reducing it to 1 cup. Then sieve it and add 1 pinch of salt and 1 tsp honey and give her to drink.
